I'm unsure if you mean "listings" as in when programs air or "listings" as in sites that list episodes & seasons but... there are many sites to find listings, tv.com, TVRage, Wikipedia, TitanTV, to name some.
Take a look at the major networks' websites (abc, nbc, fox, tbc, etc.). Most of them allow you to view up to the 8 latest episodes of most of their shows. Some networks such as ABC also has HD Streaming available.

Nickelodeon offers television programming for younger audiences. Nick and More has a listing of upcoming shows which are to be aired on Nickelodeon. The Nick website has a list of shows currently running on their channel as well.
