There are a considerable amount of Text to Speech programmes out there. Many are commercial and can cost as must as 500 pounds / about 600 dollars.
There are some quite good ones in the Shareware and freeware sites
Some that are commercial are HAL and JAWS. The latter is one of the best on the market but with one of the highest price tags around.
