And finally, hookworms usually aren't seen, but are indicated by blood in the cat's stool. If you at all suspect that your cat has worms, it's in your best interest to take him/her to the vet for a sure diagnosis.

Worms are long inside the body, but the cat with "deposite" them out in it's litter box and have them stuck around the backside.They basicly look like white grains of rice.
PS-If your cat is taking the medicine, DISENFECT the litter box.If the worms get to the cat again it will have them all over.
