I don`t think it`s good to start this kind of diet. It will probably lead you to weight cycling. Trust me, that`s a vicious cycle you can`t get out too easy. However, you seem decided to start that diet. The best way to keep the weight off is to count your calories and use a diet planner. You need to pay extra attention to what you eat after that diet ends. I used a diet planner myself for a few months and i`m happy with it. Maybe you`ll find another diet that works better for you and change your mind. Good luck!
