you go on your gmail and press someone to chat with they don't have to be online though then press the video camera under the other persons name and then you press install voice video chat and then a website will come up that says install video chat press that and then it will install it but it dos take a while to install and when it is installed you will see a video camera by your name and then you know that it is finished installing make sure you have a video camera it is a little black square and check with your parents to make sure you can do it hop it helped.
