Benjamin Franklin, and the white house are the main parts. There is also a quill on the front sign that represents Ben Franklin. Franklin used a quill to sign the Declaration of Independence.
The Ben Franklin Bridge connects Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Parts of the bridge are thus in one state or the other.

Benjamin is owned by Crosman corp. They have, on their web page, a service to locate and repair Benjamin, Crosman and Sheridan air guns. Some parts are available from Crosman directly. If it is and older part go to the Crosman link below and then click on "Find a service center" it will help you locate someone who may help you find your parts.

Crosman air gun Owns both Benjamin and Sheridan brand air guns and rifles. On the Crosman web page they offer owners manuals and parts manuals for MOST of their products. I searched and the 3100 is NOT listed. However I found a reference (In a Bluebook of airguns) that the Benjamin 1300 pump pistol is very similar in design. (See the link Below for the Owners and parts manual for the Benjamin 1300 pistol.) This may help you. Your other option is to go to the Crosman web page.
