The spark plugs are under the plug wires in the middle of the valve cover.
The freeze plugs are on the engine, not the transmission.
There are freeze plugs on the front, rear, and transmission sides of the engine.

you must remove the plenum on top of the motor to excess the spark plugs it is not hard but time consuming to say the least
Chrysler doesn't use drain plugs on they're transmissions. so it isn't there
You have to remove the intake plenum to access.

Check your cam shaft position sensor. I had a similer problem
I recently had this happen when I forgot to plug in the idle air sensor at the throttle body. This also caused the check engine light to turn on. Also check for vacum leaks.
