There are quite a few but one of the more common ones and one that does the most damage is a nerve that runs up the side of your neck, just below the ear. if you strike it with force then the person will collapse, blackout and possible be unconscious for a while.

To find the exact locations, it is best to consult a pressure point chart, medical manual, or receive legitimate instruction from a qualified Martial Art teacher, or acupressure/acupuncturist.
