It is a starter Pokémon. That means that you can't get it unless if you chose it at the start of the game, or someone trades it to you.
You would need to have at least 2 ruby or sapphire games on 2 gaming consoles, or do this with a friend. One of you starts a new game then get the starter Pokemon, then trades it to your game. Then you would have to repeat this a couple times to get all the starter Pokemon on your game.
Pokemon Sapphire is a GBA game - since a DSi does not have the GBA slot unlike the regular DS or the lite, it cannot play Pokemon Sapphire.
You can't. You'd have to trade it from a Pokemon FireRed or LeafGreen game to get it in Sapphire.
its nothing like ruby and sapphire its in the PC again but only trades data not bases etc
You can't catch Ditto in Pokemon Sapphire, but you can trade it to your game from Pokemon Emerald/FireRed/LeafGreen
I don't think it evolves in Pokemon Sapphire or in any Pokemon game. Sorry to disappoint you if I did.
As far as the game goes, you can't duplicate Pokemon on Sapphire. Tried it and it glitched up.
