I'm pretty sure it's on their hind legs. Or that might be grasshoppers. Either their hind legs or the top of their wings.
A cricket's ears are found on their LEGS I know it sounds weird but they are.

A cricket's ears are found directly below the knee of its front legs. If you look closely you will see a pale spot that is the ear drum. the ear consists of openings in the exoskeleton that lead to the inside of the cricket's legs.
