Should be on the door jamb (door post) below doorlatch and comes out with 1 Phillips screw.

Make sure the driver's side door is unlocked otherwise fuel door will be locked automatically. If unlocked then there is a problem with the fuel door switch.
The 2006 Nissan door lock relay switch is located inside of the drivers side door. You will need to remove the door panel in order to access the door lock relay switch.
The door sensors are inside the door locks. If your door sensor are sticking causing the interior light to stay on. Spray some WD-40 on all the door jams including the tailgate.

I have a 1995 SE and it has only one. It's located after the two sides of the manifolds meet just before the pre catalytic converter. You can access it from the driver side right under the driver's side door.
Normally, putting the key in the drivers side door lock,turning to the left, then to the right all the waywill unlock and disarm/reset the "OEM factory"alarm system.
