Camel are now are found only in arid (desert) regions of Africa, Asia, and Australia. Camels once lived on all continents except Australia and Antarctica. They originated in North America but became extinct there about 11,000 years ago.

Because one is a predator (the polar bear) and the other is prey (camel). Also, a camel is found in a different biome and environment from a polar bear, so this makes the "living with" factor impossible.

Are there two humped camels in the UAE?

Yes. The one-humped camel is called a dromadary or Arabian camel. (The two-humped camel is the Bactrian camel.) The Arabian camel can be found from Morocco to Iran, although seldom if at all in the wild. Additionally, there is a large feral dromadary population in Australia.

Where do you find camel spiders?

A camel spider, which is also in the class Arachnida with spiders interestingly enough, is not a spider at all. A camel spider is actually a solpugid, and there are about 900 species of them known to date. Around 50 species of camel spiders are found in southwest US and about 240 in southern Africa. The reason behind the name 'camel spiders' is simply because they are found in the desert. A Camel spider is also known as wind scorpion, sun spider, and wind spider.
