There has been no launch of the iPad 3 so we will need to wait until it is launched to see.
Apple does not announce new products until they are ready so it is not known if there will be an iPad 2. Given the success of the iPad it is highly likely that there will be an iPad 2. There are rumours that it will be launched in the first half of 2011.
Special versions of the iWorks applications (Keynote, Pages and Numbers) have been created for the iPad. They will be available from the online App Store for $9.99 each when the iPad is launched but are not included with the iPad. (See links below)

We generally don't know. The 1st generation iPad was first released January 2010 while the iPad 2 was launched on March 2011. The iPad 3 was made available in March 2012. If we follow the "pattern" we can anticipated the iPad 5 to be released by early to middle of 2013.
