If you're looking for Woof in Once Upon A Page, he is in the upper right hand side. Above the large book "Wenda's Guide to Art" you will see a man wearing red, white, and blue top hat and next to him is a man wearing a grey top hat. Woof is between them. For all pages except the last, Woof is only visible by his tail.
The scroll in Where's Waldo Wonder Book: Bright Lights and Night Frights can be found on the far-right of the page, near the top. Look for a group of characters holding multiple scrolls, and one of them will be the correct scroll you are looking for.
The bone in the "Where's Wally Wonder Book - Battle of the Bands" section is hiding on the left side of the page, near the bottom, between the two speakers. It can be a bit tricky to spot among all the colorful details in the illustration.
Wizard Whitebeard doesn't always join Wally (Waldo) in his adventures. Though he often does join Wally (Waldo) and the rest of the gang. He first appeared in the 1989 book The Great Waldo Search. Fun fact: Whitebeard often appears with his scroll, which he often loses!
