in the fuse box under the hood, the label is under the inside of the lid of the fuse box. or it could be under the dash on the drivers side way up under the dash Check a repair book, I believe "breaker" is part of headlight switch. On my 89 there is ground wire on body in front of battery. A bad ground connection will cause breaker to activate and headlights go off.
