When using just two digits for the year, anything from 00 to 29 will be treated as the years 2000 to 2029. 30 to 99 will be treated as 1930 to 1999. You can use four digits to get the year in the reverse of those ranges. So if you wanted the year 1919, you would have to type 1919 and not 19 in the place for the year.
It will treat it as having a 20 before it which you will see when shown as a 4 digit year. So 12/10/25 is the same as 12/10/2025 whereas 12/10/35 is the same as 12/10/1935.
A year starting with 20 and then the number. So 25 would become 2025 for example.

When you enter a two-digit year value, Excel changes a two-digit year less than 30 to 20xx and a two-digit year of 30 and greater to 19xx. Use four-digit years to ensure that Excel interprets year values the way you intend, if necessary.
I am a four digit number. My tens digit is 2 more than my ones digit. My hundreds and thousands digit are both 1 less than my ones digit. What number can i be?

Not sure what you're asking, but here are some examples of numbers that have a tens digit less than the ones digit: 13, 205, 1367, 29.632
The less than operator is the < symbol.

Not necessarily.
Enter the 5 digit permanent code number from the dealership and within 5 seconds press 1/2. Within 5 seconds of pressing 1/2, enter your new 5 digit personal code depressing each digit within 5 seconds of the previous digit. The keyless system now registers this second number, and either the new number or the dealership permanent code will operate the locks.
The ones digit is 5 less than 10 (10-5=5) The tens digit is 2 more than the ones digit (5+2=7) The entire number is less than 200. It could be either "75" or "175", but is probably "175" or they would have said that the entire number was less than 100.
