Hi, with my experience you can miscarriage 'anytime' I have miscarriaged at 4 and half weeks and again at 10 weeks, the first three months are cruicial for the embryo implanting on the lining of the wall of the womb, therefore take it easy and listen to your body, if spotting of blood happens all is not disaster - you must rest for a week until the spotting subsides, but if it is going to happen it will and your body will miscarriage the baby..
It is very hard on your emotions if you are trying for so long, but rest and definitely no stretching! Good luck and hope alls well for you...believe in fate, it will happen when it's suppose to..x
my sister was the same unfortanely she did had a m/c a few days later. all the best
If you are pregnant and bleeding red call your doctor ASAP. If you recently had sex it could just be from a sensitive cervix. When i was pregnant and spotting my docs office told me no sex and I was on bed rest for 7 days after the spotting ended.
If your cervix is closed then this isn't a miscarriage. Your cervix usually opens during a miscarriage to expell the fetus. I would go to your gynocologist or local hospital and have a scan and internal examination to find out about your pregnancy. Also have a blood test that measures the amount of HCG in your blood to see if the HCG is decreasing instead of increasing. Usually if the cervix is closed it is a good sign however my cervix was closed at 8 weeks and i had very very light spotting and after an ultrasound at 9 weeks, 4 days later my baby had died. you need to go straight to the doctor or hospital if you have any bleed at all.
if you was having sex it could be from just that ..... or she could have a incompotent cervix which means it opens to early i started bleeding at 26 weeks i called the doctor and went to the hospital it is always safer to check she should too she could have also had a miscarriage hard to tell with her nto being pregnant long
Please visit your doctor for an evaluation. You need to be seen as soon as possible.
As far as I know, if your cervix is open, a miscarriage is inevitable. I could be wrong, but that's the way it was explained to me. I've had one miscarriage in the past.
You can be having a miscarriage and not have the pain but eventually your cervix may dialate and you will feel cramping and bleeding. Usually your intuition will tell you if something is not right. If you are unsure go seek medical attention.
Not usually,. but some women have problems holding the baby in with the cervix. but usually can occure in a miscarriage. consult your doctor right away.
NO- not unless you are already having a miscarriage. Your cervix is what holds the baby in and coughing is not going to affect this. If bleeding occured after a cough- it's only because your baby miscarried and it sped up what what already going to happen
Doctors will recommend a D&C for a variety of reasons, most commonly for abnormal bleeding from the cervix but also for the extraction of miscarriage tissue.
it has been 8 days since I have had my first miscarriage (I already have 2 healthy babies) my bleeding has stopped completely, and my cervix has been closing and then opening up again, (today - day 8 - it is open again) it is extremely soft to touch and a little sensitive, hope this helped.. Hayley
Sometimes there is light bleeding (of the pinkish variety) after intercourse because the cervix is very sensitive when you are pregnant. Always keep a eye on ANY bleeding though. Congrats on your pregnancy!
I was bleeding red blood but then brown blood does that mean I'm having a miscarriage? Ans: Not necessarily, you didn't say how far along you were, but it could be implantation bleeding, irritated cervix (from intercourse, exam, etc) or could be old blood which was in place to protect the pregnancy in it's earliest stages, but the growing uterus expelled it. If you are still worried, go see your doc.
