'Carne asada' means 'roasted meat'. One would suppost it might be eaten at any time except, perhaps, for breakfast. I am not aware if there is a Nicaraguan custom to eat carne asada at a particular time.

Calories in carne asada fries?

Depends on the portion size, but I've eaten some that has around 3000-4000 calories. These are usually at the restaurants that serve the fries in a larger clamshell. I suspect that on average, the dish has around 800-3000 calories for small (think large fries at McDonalds) - large (think 5 large fries at McDonalds). It really depends on the size of the portion, and no two stores have equal portions.

What is the food that is least eaten in Mexico?

There are unusual foods, even for Mexicans: huitlacoche (corn smut) is a delicacy in Mexico, and is even being preserved and sold for a higher price than corn; escamoles, which are ant larvae, are eaten with corn tortillas. Chapulines (grasshoppers), are toasted, salted and eaten as a snack on some coastal states like Oaxaca. If you mean international cuisine, that would be traditional Southeast Asian cuisine, including dogs, cats, other insects and rodents. It is considered a taboo food in Mexico.
