minimize hydraulic back pressure
Platform right down about 6 inches off ground to enable sight over the load.
minimize hydraulic back pressure
6-12 inches above ground, tilted slightly back, and able to see over the load.
Your forks should be as close to the ground as possible when carrying a load to ensure stability and minimize the risk of tipping. When not carrying a load, your forks should be raised to the height recommended by the manufacturer to prevent damage to the forks and improve visibility.
A load not connected to ground but connected in a feedback circuit is floating load
This is when the load has no connection to the ground.
The ground snow load varies. Use the free snow load calculators at Jabacus (related link) to find the snow load for a specific location.
Forks slightly tilted back, one foot above ground, be able to see ahead over the load
to assist when turning
The force is up the slope and parralel to it, the load is essentially raised vertically.
