Fat is an important energy resource that is saved in your body in immeasureable fat tissues.

When you "lose" human extra fat, the fat cell (also known as an adipocyte) does not go anywhere or "move into the muscular cell to be burnt off. The fat mobile itself, (unfortunately) remains right where it was - under the epidermis in your thighs and legs, abdomen, waist, hands, etc., and on top of the muscle tissue - which is why you can't see muscular "definition" when your human extra fat is great.
