The best thing to do, is take the inner part of the door open, and find what's jamming your window.
press the button in the "down" direction on either the door that contains the window, or the driver's door if your year has that option. :P
press the down button. If the window goes down it works. Similarly if you press the up button and the window goes up. This also work. If you get no action to you pressing the button, this would suggest that the window is broken
Hold down the child lock when you press the button to raise the window.
Turn on your Ignition. Open your window half way down (approximate) Press and hold the auto-up button until window closes. Continue holding the button for a few seconds and release. Confirm it works by testing the auto-up/down window button.

Press and hold the button to put the window the whole way down. Release then hold down for 5 seconds. Pull and hold the button to bring the window the whole way up. Release then pull up for 5 seconds. Your windows should now be reset and can be controlled from the drivers window controls.
You have a stripped gear inside the door.
