There are no dates that I can recall mentioned in the novel; however, a little extrapolation can give the dates of the novel, at least a time period.
The main antagonist of the story is the Cardinal Richelieu. Cardinal Richelieu was a real person, the main advisory to Louis XIII, King of France from 1610 to 1643.
With the opening of Dumas' story, the Musketeers are at their height, so this would put the setting of the story somewhere around 1620. There are other details in the story that can nail down a more specific time frame.

The story is set around the time of the siege of La Rochelle. This took place around 1627-1628, so the book could be said to have started around 1625, and ended sometime in 1628. This is an estimation, so it may not be accurate.
