Diamond Arms was one of the many house brand names used by Crescent Arms, which went out of business in 1932. Manufacture records have been lost, and dating is impossible.
You may have to break the shotgun down in to the barrel section and the receiver section first.Look under the barrel section on the flat just ahead of the lug for the serial number.
