Probably no legal action, since you're underage, but you'd most likely be terminated either for being under the legal working age, or lying.

Most places require your Driver's License, Social Security card, and/or Birth Certificate to be presented when filling out your paperwork. Some even require it at your interview. If you did happen to get past all that, you could cause the company to face heavy fines and penalties, once they do find out. There are certain child labor laws and statutes that you would be in direct conflict with.ANSWER
if you lie about you age you could be up for some serious charges and when you sign a job application you are saying that all info in it is TRUE. if you are caught lieing then they could sue you for providing false or misleading information.
