Your cheating! It is very hard to keep your carbs under 20 per day, but it is a necessity to get ketosis started and keep it going. Also coffee of tea, and alchohol will sabtage the program. Start over and stick to meats , fish, poultry, cheese, eggs etc. and water,water, water for two weeks. You WILL loose wieght. You can speed it up by working out, walking etc. at the same time.
