Nothing really. Don't worry I had the same problem with leftover chicken sitting on the table.

Your stomach acid will kill them because it's too strong So don't worry about it.

Other than that if you have any other problems digesting those eggs go to the hospital.

Nothing will happen if a person eats fly eggs. Human stomach acid is strong enough to immediately kill any bug that a person might accidentally consume.
