Titanic hit the iceberg at 11:40 at night (ship's time) so many passengers were asleep or, at least, retired. There were, of course, some games to be played in the smoking room but for the most part, people were in their cabins.
The collision was barely noticed by many; this was one of the problems when it came to alerting people that had slept through it. Further was the belief in the "unsinkable ship" - most of the crew just laughed it off as no serious damage, and anything that had happened would be well managed by the bulkhead system and repairs.
There were many ways for passengers to spend their time on Titanic. She had two barber shops, two libraries, a gymnasium, a turkish bath, two masseuses, (and her and Olympic had): the first heated swimming pool for any sailing vessel and the first squash court for any sailing vessel.
