No, 15 watt speakers are rated far to low to be used with an external amplifier.
Yes, the speakers (150W) can handle more power than the stereo (140W) can produce. If it were the other way around (stereo more powerful than speakers), that's when you burn out your speakers.
Why do my rear speakers cut off
4x6 most likely it is possible to be a 5x7 wal-mart carries a set of 200 watt pioneer speakers that are custom fit for ford and mozda 4x6' A 2000 Ford Ranger carries 6x8 speakers. 5x7's can be put in without modification but 6x8's will sound way better.
A 5 Watt amp powers the 4" inch integrated speakers. Distortion is estimated at 0.3% @ 1 Watt frequency response.
The Focal 165-CA1 are 60 watt speakers.
4" speakers
That depends on what speakers or headphones the 6 watts is playing into. Watts is a measure of power, not of loudness.
In most cases, the speakers should be able to handle more watts than the amp can deliver. Doing it the other way around will blow out the speakers.
No thanks...I got a nice 4000 watt system.
Yes, if you don't turn it up all the way. Excessive power to speakers will result in distortion and possibly even complete failure of the voice coil and/or cone.
