The "Pride" in Pride and Prejudice relates back to mainly Mr. Darcy's pride, but also a little to Elizabeth's. Mr. Darcy is too proud to aqqaintence himself with the Bennets more than he has too and when he does propose to Elizabeth Bennet he makes it clear that he loves her "against his better jugdgement".

Mr Darcy was too proud to talk to anyone

edit:

both Elizabeth Bennet and Fitzwilliam Darcy where proud and prejudiced, it is only that Elizabeth thought of herself free from such feelings, but she definitely was (proud to take Darcy's marriage proposal because he offended her, yet admitting that his love has prevailed, and prejudiced about his opinions on people (instantly starting to trust Wickam and refusing to believe Darcy's been forced to act upon Wickam the way he did - the relationship between Darcy and Wickam and Elizabeth's inclination to trust only Wickam shows how prejudiced she is towards Darcy.

She is that way from the very start, as much as Mr. Darcy, who unwillingly insulted her on the first dance, saying "she is is not pretty enough to tempt me".

In one hand, Elizabeth, as the main character, shows even more pride and prejudice than Darcy, who is by its social position definitely entitled to act so (many people act that way). However, he admits his mistakes quickly and changes.

No one can say it was only one of them proud or filled with prejudice, because they are both. That is the point - one is aware of it (Darcy) and Elizabeth isn't, not until things started to happen with her sister Lydia.
