The people of New France ate Cattle, pigs, birds, fish, moose, deer, rabbits, porcupines, corn, beans, pies, asparagus, cucumber, fruits, nuts, berries and bread. The two meals that they liked the most would be meat pies and potatoes. Or wild game pie. The drinks that the people enjoyed were milk and water. Which was also very easy to get because they lived very close to water and the cattle.
