Mormon is not in The Bible. Mormon is a prophet in the Book of Mormon, who collected and transcribed the records of his people on the American Continent.

Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) use both the Bible (King James Version) and the Book of Mormon as scripture. They believe that the Bible is a testament of God's dealings with the ancient inhabitants of the Old World, and that the Book of Mormon is a testament of God's dealings with the ancient people of the New World. Mormons believe that the Bible and the Book of Mormon complement and support each other.

Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and others who believe in the Book of Mormon interpret the following Bible passages to make reference to the Book of Mormon or the people, places, and events found in the Book of Mormon: (note: Bible references/phrases quoted are from the King James Version.)

Genesis 11:9 - those confounded after the tower of Babel are scattered abroad over the face of all the earth. The Book of Mormon tells the story of the Jaredites in the book of Ether, a group from Babel which traveled across the sea to the American continents after the language was confounded.

Genesis 49:22-26 - the Book of Mormon people are of the tribe of Joseph, which in these verses is referred to as "a fruitful bough... whose branches run over the wall" and reference the symbolism of Joseph being separated from his brothers just as the Book of Mormon people were separated from the rest of Israel.

Deuteronomy 33:13-16 - Prophesies the land of America being given to Joseph's posterity and again references the symbolism of Joseph being separated from his brothers.

Judges 15:9-14 - Talks about a land called Lehi, which validates that Lehi (a Book of Mormon name) was a name at the time.

Psalm 85:11 - "truth shall spring out of the earth" references the Book of Mormon coming out of the earth

Isaiah 16:8 - references a people wandering through the wilderness and going over the sea due to the "principal plants" being broken down, again using the symbolism of branches used in Gen. 29

Isaiah 29:4 - A people with a familiar voice shall speak out of the ground and out of the dust

Isaiah 29:10-14 - the "sealed book" referenced is the Book of Mormon. See the story of showing the manuscript to a professor in Joseph Smith History 64-65 in the Pearl of Great Price.

Isaiah 29:18 - in a future day the "sealed book" previously mentioned would be delivered to the deaf and blind (both spiritually and physically)

Ezekiel 37:15-20 - the stick of Joseph is rejoined with the stick of Judah. Again using the symbolism of trees and branches, the Stick of Joseph is the Book of Mormon, with the Stick of Judah being the Bible. Today they are used together, and even published in combination, thus fulfilling the prophesy of them being "one in thine hand".

Matthew 15:24 - Jesus mentions the lost sheep of the house of Israel, which includes the Book of Mormon people, among others.

John 10:16 - Jesus says that he has other sheep in another location that will also hear his voice, at a future day they will be combined into one fold with Him as their shepherd. Here Jesus is talking about his visit to the Book of Mormon peoples found in 3rd Nephi.

Acts 14:15-17 - somewhat obscure, but it says that "he left not himself without witness". Jewish law as described in Deuteronomy requires at least two witnesses in order for something to be valid. Both the Bible (especially the New Testament) and the Book of Mormon serve as witnesses of Jesus Christ, coming from two distinct groups of people on two different continents, thus validating his divinity and mission.

Romans 1:20-25 - another obscure reference, but the imagery here is familiar to those who believe in the Book of Mormon, which makes the "invisible things clearly seen [and] understood". The Book of Mormon clarifies many Christian teachings and doctrines that have been mistranslated, distorted, or changed by those "professing themselves to be wise".

2 Corinthians 13:1 - again establishing the law of witnesses mentioned in Acts 14; since this is after the time of Christ, this verifies that the Old Testament law in relation to witnesses is still in effect and was not done away with the new covenant.

Revelation 14:6-7 - 'another angel' brings the everlasting gospel so that it is received by every nation. In 1831, it was revealed to Joseph Smith that this angel had been sent (see D&C 133:36). Many Book of Mormon believers see this as a reference to the angel Moroni delivering the plates to Joseph Smith.

Isaiah 29:11-12 contains an oracle of a book that the recipient could not read because he was illiterate. If this is to be read as a prophecy of a book yet to be compiled, it could be a prophecy of the Hebrew Bible or the Christian Bible, but Mormons prefer to read it as a direct reference to the Book of Mormon.
