The Internal Jugular drains the brain via the collection of blood from the superior sagittal sinus, inferior sagittal sinus, straight sinus, right transverse sinus, sigmoid sinus, and cavernous sinus (to name a few).

....The other jugular....

The External Jugular drains the occipital, facial (also drained by internal jugular), maxillary, and temporal veins.

Veins that draw blood from the brain are called dural venous sinuses. They receive oxygen-poor blood from the brain and pass it on to either the sigmoid sinus or the inferior petrosal sinus, which then pass the blood to the internal jugular vein, in the neck.
