Yes it will bolt right up, no problem. As long as the 350 is close to the same year as the 305.

If you have an automatic with overdrive then there is a good possibility that it is the 700R4 transmission.

It should, most Camaros had the TH700R4 trannys. None the less the transmissions would be interchangeable anyway.

No. There are a few similarities, but that is depending on the year. a few parts may interchange, alternator, carbureator, ac compressor etc. not any transmissions that i am aware of. marlin

Rear?..RIGHT or LEFT..PASSENGER or DRIVER side..No rear motor mount unless you have it in a FWD car..
It will be on the back of the transmission where the drive shaft goes in, and bolted to the cross member
