It is my experience, a baby chick needs 4 things: heat (usually a light bulb), water (with "Quik Chic" added), food, and fresh bedding....in that order.
After supplying those basic needs if you chick runs in to trouble and gets sick, there are several things I have tried. After dry food is rejected - try adding warm water to make a MASH. If that is not enough - go back to basics. While the chick was forming in the shell it lived on air and one other thing......the yoke! Go back and try boiling an egg. Take out the yoke - mash it up in a bit of water. It may be just the thing.
There are many websites that are wonderful resources.
www.feathersite.com
www.mcmurrayhatchery.com - has a chick care page
to name a few.
Good Luck with your patient.

You can try separating it from the other chicks. Make sure the conditions are up to par, and keep supplying it fresh food and water. If it does not eat, it will not survive for very long. It may be sick or have something wrong with it.
The same thing you have been feeding it, except maybe purchasing a medicated formula. Hope I answered your question! ^-^
Starter feed!

About 300$
Generally feed stores carry chick feed.
a small chicken or a baby chick? small chicken: it can eat any scraps that you have, or chicken feed chick: baby chick feed, you can buy it at most stores (like tractor supply company)
No do not feed chicks anything but starter chick food! It has everthing that a chick needs to get a good start in life.
because it feeds the baby and if it is not feed it dies
A dog food
no. try going to a local feed store.
the yolk is so that the baby chick, if there is one, can feed! Otherwise the chick would die, because the yolk contains nutrients!
The chick should be on chick starter. This is a fine grained feed easy for chicks to eat and digest. Regular chicken food is too big for the tiny chick to eat.
Chicken starter can be bought from the stock feed store. This is the best to feed your baby chicken as it is formulated for their growth. You can also boil up a chicken egg, cool it, crumble it up and feed that to them as well.
Every 2 hours.
