If your boyfriend is true to you it doesn't much matter what she thinks. He's her ex and now he's your boyfriend. If it really bothers you because you have concerns then start maturing and sit down and talk it over with your boyfriend. Don't let his ex ruin a possible great relationship that you have. ∙ 15y agoUsually you can tell because he will want to go very slow in your relationship. He may also frequently bring her up in conversations or make remarks about her from time to time. If this bothers you try talking about this with him. Be careful and try not to come to any quick conclusions. In the end, trust how you feel, and do what is best for both of you.

However there are a few clues you can pick up on.
1.If he compares you to her.
2.If he confuses things you like with thing she liked
3.If she's on his mind alot
4.If he talks about her alot
5.If he ever caled you by her name
6.If he texts or calls her often
7.If you keep hearing from very close friends of theirs about how good they were and how in love they used to be or how intense their relationship and/or breakup was.
More or less all the clues can be summed up with the bottom line
"IF HE'S NOT LETTING HER GO"
however you should know,its not necessary he loves her even with all the above mentioned clues,sometimes if you have found an honest man then they actually are JUST friends with their ex (it can get annoying,I know...but if he's worth it.Be patient)
& Other times the ex is the one who cant let go but it may seem the opposite to you.
Advice: Talk to him about it softly and logically,have a confrontation and let him know your worries instead of going through his call log and texts and coming of like a obsessed girlfriend.
