∙ 12y agoWe went to Bali in october 2008 it was great fun just the weather and going down the beach and shopping, clothes are so cheap as is everything there ( my dad was buying large beers which are Bintangs for about 1.20 AU) some may disagree with me but Balis main attraction "Waterbomb park" wasnt very good i thought it was a bit boring there was limited choice of rides but that's all to do with yourself you may enjoy it more than me

∙ 6y agoThe great thing about traveling in Bali is that you can often pack very lite and buy many of the things you need while over there. After all, the shopping in Bali is great and very affordable! Picking up new shirts and shorts, skirts and sarongs is as easy as walking down the street from your Hotel.
Toiletries and personal medication should always be taken from home. You may also want to take an Indonesian power point adapter so that you can use phone/camera charges and other electrical item that you may bring from home. These can also be purchased from the local department stores.
The weather can be quite warm most of the year round so big heavy jackets would not be needed. Sensible swim wear and sunscreen is a must.
