This is a tricky one. You don't want to alienate your daughter, and teenagers tend to do what you tell them not to. If she wants to stay in the relationship, then forbidding her to see the other person might create more problems.
If she wants out, then I would assure her protection by getting a restraining order on the other person. If the other person is also a minor, then speaking with his/her parents could be a good idea.
Let her know that she doesn't have to stand for being treated badly by anyone. Be there for her. Spend time with her.
