South of the Salmon River, Idaho is on Mountain Standard Time/ Mountain Daylight Saving Time (UTC-7/UTC-6).

Daylight Saving Time begins on the second Sunday of March and ends on the first Sunday of November.

The majority of Idaho is in the Mountain time zone. Much of the northern portion of the state is in the Pacific time zone.
