Not sure what is meant by "main": the country with the most Muslims is Indonesia; the center of the Islamic faith is Saudi Arabia; the most important country which happens to be Muslim is probably Iran. The most important country where there are Muslims is the U.S.A.; the largest country with a substantial Muslim population is China.
