This question is hard to answer. I guess the only things I can think of that the adjuster will not tell you are the things that he/she cannot legally tell you such as the policyholders personal information, like their social security number, and other personal information protected by privacy laws. While it is no the adjusters responsibility to educate you on everything, most all adjusters will be truthful on any direct questions that you pose to them.
