Ok, the person that answered this before isn't accurate. I am 12 and i am 5 '3 and my doctor said i should weigh 145. im a few pounds above that though. Lol. But to be serious, you should weigh about your weight now! You are average. Ok. To start out on this, JOIN WEIGHTWATCHERS! Well you don't have to join but use the method. 50 calories equals one point. And if you are 230 pounds, eat 28 points a day! I lost 6 pounds on the first 3 days on this method. i weigh 170 pounds and im 12. lol trust me youre not alone!

I might not make since some, but if you want to lose weight you could do that.
