My baby betta fish just hatched today around 5:30 and we found out that you feed your betta fry either micro worms, shrimp, but we feed ours boiled egg yolk disolved with water and they eat it, it wont kill your little guy you'll actually see the yellow in their tummy within ten minutes cool huh
put the babys in a jar and put in straw or grass (i recommend straw because you never know what pestacides are in the grass) then put the jar on a sunny windowsill and watc the jar come alive with tiny creepy crawlies that the babys like to feed on. after 2 weeks, feed them finely crushed flakes (and i mean very, very, crushed because their mouths are so small) and when they become an inch long, separate them into little jars. when they're fully grown, feed them regular betta pellets. (get it at your local pet store)
