This is tough, but don't panic. This sort of thing happens a lot, and there may be many reasons. If your friendship is true, then it will last no matter what.
Make sure you are open and honest with your friend (in private). Be kind and considerate because your friend might like him too, and may be unaware of your feelings. This is difficult. No person has exclusive rights to another but a friend should always respect an established relationship.
Your friend might just be a flirty person... there are a lot of us out there. Flirting doesn't always mean interest, but can certainly be taken that way. Again, be honest and kind.
Or, and this might be the most painful... She may not be a true friend. If you are honest and kind and your "friend" does not care about your feelings, then it might be time for you to find new friends.
