Wow what kinds of friends does he have?if I was in your shoes, I would find out how good of friends they are? Is this friend of his a really good friend, or has he done this in the pass. It sounds to me like this friend is trying to cause trouble between you, look at your relationship, is it healthy? stable? happy? I would talk to your boyfriend. I would in your shoes, let him know how you feel. a good relationship needs good communication with out that its not worth working on. but if he flips or gets really mad because you are telling him how you feel, then I would be thinking something is up. Go with your gut feeling. Communication is everything and you should be talking to your boyfriend about the allegation his so-called best friend is saying about him. With friends like this who needs enemies. These type of liars keep someone like you second-guessing their boyfriend and, if you don't watch it you could start to wonder about some of those lies enough where it will breakup your relationship which is obvious this person wants to see happen. Be smart, go to your boyfriend and tell him the whole story. If he continues to be friends with his best friend tell him you're not putting up with it.
