Exhale and don't do it again. Bleach is usually Calcium Hypchlorite and water (usually 5% solution), like the brand Clorox. What you will inhale is a mild chlorine gas that liquid bleach gives off. It will convert to hydrochloric acid and irritate throat and nose. You'll get a sore throat. I would drink some water. This will dilute it and send it to the stomach where it proably will combine with something quickly and be harmless. I have never heard of anyone being concerned about inhaling liquid bleach. It is not very volatile and shouldn't be enough of a problem to be concerned with unless you do it for a long period of time. I have personally inhaled the gas from bleach tablets used in a swimming pool which is much more concentrated and a bigger problem. If you are force to inhale it very long, I would go to a hospital. If you got just a wiff, you'll get over it.
DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT, make the victim vomit

Your rabbit's skin could be burned, and it could be poisoned by licking its fur and swallowing the bleach (that's what rabbits do, they groom themselves). Both possibilities are highly likely. If you accidentally dropped bleach on your rabbit, you should go to the vet immediately. See the related question below for details and links.
