Another AnswerI am not a preacher or anything like that but I do love God and I think that Holy Communion is a remembrance of what Our Lord and Savior did for us!(Dying on the cross for our sins) So after I receive Holy Communion I pray to God and repent and picture him dying on the cross getting savagely beat by many roman soldiers (Passion of the Christ). I can't think of any reason why someone would accept that punishment for no crimes committed. That's Love.

∙ 13y agoYou should spend a few minutes to reflect on the Eucharist and quietly pray. However, that is now nearly impossible as we are forced to stand and sing during communnion
