∙ 13y ago1) If your niece and your nephew are siblings, then your niece's baby is the niece or nephew to your nephew.
2) If your niece and nephew are cousins, then that makes your niece's baby your nephew's cousin as well (first cousin once removed).
3) If your niece is your niece by blood (aka the child of one of your siblings) and your nephew is your nephew by marriage (aka the child of one of your spouse's siblings) or vice versa (your niece is by marriage and your nephew is by blood) then your niece and nephew are not related at all and therefore neither is your nephew related to your niece's baby.
4) If your nephew is your niece's husband and she is his wife, then your niece's baby is your nephew's daughter or stepdaughter, depending on whether or not he is the child's biological father.
