There is no such thing as reading people's minds. You might get this confused with when scientists have questions about the connections between twins, how they can sometimes feel each others emotions.
A feminist literary critic analyzing "My Ántonia" might focus on the portrayal of female characters in the novel, exploring themes of gender roles, power dynamics, and women's agency. Additionally, the critic might examine how the novel addresses issues such as domesticity, independence, and the constraints placed on women in early 20th-century America.
It does if you focus on what you're doing. Reading is a good way to learn how to concentrate. You can focus even better by doing what's called "active reading" - ask yourself questions as you read, such as "What did I just read?" and "What might happen next?"
Help is allowed for the questions, but not the story that has to be read. They might find it difficult, but it is testing the ability to read.
One example of a critical perspective for My Antoniawould be a feminist approach.
But my questions DO get answered! ;-) Maybe your questions are not clear enough? People might not find your questions so categorize them wisely. People might not see your question or they might not know the answer...who knows?
What are the questions, i might be able to answer them for you. :)
