Answers is designed to provide serious answers to serious questions - we're trying to answer the world's questions, after all! But if a question doesn't contain any helpful content, is asked in jest, or seems to be posted with false intention, we remove it. This is in an effort to maintain a site that's useful, valuable, and easy to search - we remove the clutter!
And hey - we actually do have a sense of humor!:D
We even have a section for jokes and riddles (check out the link below), and we invite you to join in on the fun. If you have a funny riddle or joke that you know will get a few laughs, we'd love to hear it!

- Are you an alien?
- Are you a robot?
- How are you doing?
- Why is the world so stupid?
- What is going on?
There are PLENTY of questions like these that supervisors do their best to take care of.
A question that has or adds no value to the site is a question that doesn't make sense or invites bias, opinion and personal reference to the user that wishes to answer it. These includes questions like "Who are you?" or "What are you doing right now" or any sort of question that seems out of place on this site. If you find such a question, simply contact a Supervisor about it or click on the "report abuse" button so a Supervisor can deal with it for you.
Usually ones that are impossible to answer or that are offensive or discriminatory.
Many questions have value of some kind... but not ones that demean or disrespect other people or ones that there is no way to answer, or no way to answer politely or legally.
Also, questions that are ridiculous, such as: How do I know who I am?

When WikiAnswers says you can ask anything, it is assumed you would ask a legitimate question which has a legitimate answer. Questions that are merged into "What questions add no value" are generally questions that are of no value to other people or simply make no sense.
Should you use 'worth' or 'value' in Collectibles questions on WikiAnswers?
The WikiAnswers style is to use "value" instead of "worth", as in "What is the value of an XYZ?" instead of "What is an XYZ worth?"
