The seas that surround North America are the Pacific and Atlantic Ocean. The Gulf of Mexico is located near the bottom of the United States

Don't forget the Arctic Ocean to the north and the Caribbean Sea to the southeast. North America includes Greenland, Mexico, Central America, Bermuda, the Bahamas and the Caribbean Islands.
